ACLU Client Raed Jarrar Sues JetBlue and TSA
BackFrom aclu.org/jarrar: Raed Jarrar is an Iraqi-born architect and human rights activist who was barred from boarding a JetBlue flight at John F. Kennedy Airport for wearing a t-shirt that read "We Will Not Be Silent" in English and Arabic. On August 9, 2007, the ACLU filed a lawsuit against JetBlue and a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) official charging that they illegally discriminated against Raed based solely on the message on his t-shirt and his ethnicity. Learn more about Raed's case, free speech and racial profiling at www.aclu.org/jarrar.

Yes. Look at the hypocrisy. The sandnigger wears the shirt implying America is a nazi country precisely because he knows it's a lie and he is safe from being beheaded by the CIA. Guess who beheads these days? Yeah, Muslims. But WE will not be silent. Fuck ACLU, fuck Jarrar, fuck Islam, fuck Allah and FUCK MOHAMMED.

"God Bless The Whole World. No Exceptions.
WE WILL NOT BE SILENT."
Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we. They will not be silent, nor shall us be.
So, FUCK MOHAMMED, the pedophile profit of Allah, the Ancient Snake.
How do you like them words on my t-shirt now, raghead?

I guess putting TSA on the headline was a way to get more viewers. TSA don't care what you wear. hell, they would probably laugh when they read a shirt like that. Quit blaming TSA for everything..

Will the ACLU defend my right to where a shirt that says "The USA will not be silent" in the Middle East? Oh, yeah, the military does that so they can bitch and moan here.

I dont undersatand why ppl are complainging resturants are able to refuse services almost all busnesses are able to do that dont get mad when u cant fly just cuz ur an ass
Darkwatari101 (September 12, 2008 at 8:17 pm)
i find it funny that ppl blame TSA for this even though it was jet blue for the start of the problem. Just because they say goverment officer doesnt mean that it was tsa. and it prob was just some white lady who talked to a jet blue angent and complaned about how jarrar looked so how most ppl are byest he had to go through that. TSA does not care what ppl wear ive seen ppl come in the air port wearing fu TSA and they dont care... well that is in LAX then best air port in the US
younglee87 (October 21, 2008 at 9:25 pm)
Yes TSA do look at what ppl wear i work for both company and for your airport LAX SUCKS TRY JFK also don't try to knock on Jetblue Bigs airline hub in NY Biggest security Check point in the nation I don't think you should talking or trying to stand up for anything. Also terrorist comes in all color and shapes everyone is a treat.

100% of the airline attacks in the last 20 years have been committed by Muslims. When there is a 100% chance, it ceases to be profiling, it is a description of the suspect.
