Get up in the morning and, I dont want to end up like Bonnie and Clyde, is all I could ever make out of the lyrics but,I've always liked the song. I guess you dont need to,just enjoy look at Louie Louie,it needed translation.

I saw DD @ the 9:30 club in D.C. somewhere around 88-89. It was unforgettable. He had the most dynamic singing voice I've ever heard! He must have been able to shatter glass with his voice. In this video you can see him stretching his jaw to articulate. Seeing him do this live and hearing the scales he was producing is a difficult experience to describe in words.
