Archbishop Desmond Tutu was awarded the 1984 Nobel Peace Prize for his immense contribution to the cause of human rights. He spent years working to create a democratic and just society without racial divisions in South Africa. In 1995 Tutu was chosen by President Nelson Mandela to chair South Africa's Truth and Reconciliation Commission and investigate the crimes committed during the apartheid regime. he's a man who made a diference in s.africa's history ,great man with a big and kind heart,every touch he made was touching to,throu TUTU,U CAN SEE THAT WE CAN ALL LIVE TOGHETER IN PEACE.HOWEVER,IT AMAZES THAT LOT OF AFRICAN AMERICAN DON'T HAVE A CLOU ABOUT THIS ICON,BUT THEY KNOW ABOUT 50CENT AND SOME OTHER....WE DO NOT EVALUATE THE REAL PPL!!!!!!
