Military commanders do not want to make waves; even in the times of war. Those who do get railroaded out. Do an anonymous poll of junior and middle rank officers and you will easily see this trend. Contractors are those who make the lowest bid; lowest!! It's a free for all!! No accountability!!! Give a teenager a weapon and let him loose. Most who join the military are a little loopy already. Put them under stress and you have a recipe for chaos. Vietnam all over again. The hen is home to roost.
