I'm from Romania and I;ve missed more then 3 meals :), but this didn't stop me to be more powerfull and to learn and create. This pyramid is crap, if you feel the need to survive, and to succeed, you will win, by jumping directly to the top of that pyramid :D

it is a ridiculous concept, put it this way. According to the theory, if everyone in the world missed 3 meals it would turn into chaos because everybody would be hungry,and try to fulfill the physiological needs.

The concept isn't rediculous, the idea is that if your deprived over a period of time that it takes effect. 3 meals isn't whats meant by "food" if you begin to run out of food and you can't get any, all that other stuff goes to pot anyway. its not necesarily in an order thats correct, but the concept still stands with truth in it.
