pretty much ALL of it... i've never seen huge sit back and listen to a Ron Paul supporter so much in my life... it like he had NO witty insulting reply... UNBELIEVABLE!

WTF? I cant believe that people actually say he got owned. He's right! I have seen not one person who has had their rights or freedoms taken away, but things like the Patriot act have prevented who knows how many terrorist attacks on this country, with over 50 people being caught red-handed plotting terroristic activities. Don't get mad at me, thats a fact. Paul supporters like this judge are making claims, giving no evidence, and are only looking at the glass half empty. McCain '08 for sure.

I would be more afraid of this government if I were you. Benjamin Franklin once said, "Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both." Thomas Jefferson said,"I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than those attending too small a degree of it." It all starts by they telling you that it's for your 'safety.' The longer we stay in muslim lands, the more terrorists we breed. watch "Freedom to Facism"

To answer back with a quote from one of the greatest presidents, Franklin D. Roosevelt, "True individual freedom cannot exist without economic security and independence." Due to The Patriot Act, I have not been illegally searched, no one I know has been illegally searched, good, law-abiding citizens are not at all harmed, and thousands of people do not fall victim to attacks by terrorists. Call me crazy, but I would rather protect a good citizen from attack than a pothead from the police.

This guy is the biggest douchebag neo con talk show host on the air. He never crticized the administration, even though they're not conservative on many issues and he's a complete and utter lap dog. He's also got an ego the size of the grand canyon, talks down to his callers, and thinks he's smarter than anyone. Hewitt and other bushbot hosts like them are what's wrong with talk radio.

hewitt: are you against murder?
bigcherry: yes
hewitt: have you ever been murdered?
bigcherry: no
hewitt: do you know anyone who has been murdered? witnessed a murder? give me a specific case of murder?
bigcherry: no

hewitt: then how can you be against murder?

can you see how foolish hewitt line of thinking is?

dishonest people like hewitt are ruining this country.

so.. where were those specific examples again? and btw, im sure your idol ron paul would agree, that the republican administration did a far better job then a democratic administration would have. and,our living standard is high, our national security is probably this administrations top priority, our human rights extend further than any other nation in existence, and our economy, is as good as it ever was during the clinton administration. and fyi, hew is a "commentator", get it he comments.

lol @ Spartan. This is the same argument that holocaust deniers made during World War II. If you don't actually witness something, it doesn't exist. By that logic, there is no God, the earth is flat, and UnkownSpartan5 is not a real person, only text on a computer screen.
When you read laws that give the President authority to violate the constitution, you KNOW it will happen, and that it probably has happened. This judge said he saw warrants requested using these laws! Get a clue!
