Clinton said in 1999" Saddam Hussein is an immediate threat with WMD's and should be dealt with as such". His wife agrred in 2000. Kerry agreed in 2000. Hussein disobeyed 15 UN resolutions. But Bush is the bad guy? PLEASE. We still had 20 nations in our invasion--not multinational? Wow, the facts seem to evade all liberals.

No, there isnt any "whatever". This is too big a deal to simply gloss over important facts like bin laden never being in Iraq or the complete lack of WMD's in Iraq.

you know what i mean. once we find him in pakistan or afghansistan, then we can begin to pull out.
war profiteering? ha. we went into iraq to stop the terrorist activity and help them build a working government. and you know what? it's been working. stop listening to bullshit news like msnbc or air america, and listen to what an Iraqi citizen says. if they arent a radical muslim, then theyll tell you that they're very happy with how they US has helped them.

That is not why the republicans invaded Iraq. At least not what we were told. bush campaigned saying that he did not believe in America's armed forces playing world policeman and that he did not believe in nation building. They lied about the costs. They lied about the duration. They lied about us being, "welcomed as liberators".
The failures of the bush/republicans has not been simply mismanagement. They have been dragging their feet so as to profit off of the occupation.
