Rudy Giuliani mocks Parkinson's victim

A radio caller complains to NYC Mayor Rudulph Giuliani that he lost his food stamps and Medicaid. Giuliani mocks him for "breathing funny" and says he "needs psychiatric help." The man is a Parkinson's victim confined to a wheelchair.

I love the way you people completely ignore the fact that:
#1.. Rudy cannot see through the phone.

#2...This guy sounds like a drunk on the phone

#3...This person immediately made a very serious accusation without anything to back up his claim.
#4...This guy does need professional help ...it's clear to me that he is not all there upstairs...Few cans short of a 6 pack.

Nopt that I think Rudy is a great guy but at the least he is apolitician with no morality but plenty of self interest and only concerned with his career. I really dont think he would just make fun of a guy in this condition if he knew what was going on. Giuliani probably just thought the guy was a jerk because fo his comments and that;s why he laughed and made those remarks. After all R Giuliani isn't a complete scumbag who encarnates evil. He;s not Dick Cheney of Rush...
