The answer is simple, The majority of American citizens have become to comfortable with their TV dinners preoccupied with constant thoughts of acquiring new material shit that they seem to have very little interest in their own Government's affairs with other nations and if they do care, they rarely speak about it because of the "fear" that somebody might disagree with them or label them prejudice against a group of people.

I was thinking the same thing if you're talking about Aaron Russo R.I.P.

Such a shame he would have been a great man to have on our side (Russo)

if the US was a party to the ICC i would imagine that bush would have been indicted for war crimes by now.
the constitution has been discarded. our own president spoke of it as "just a piece of paper." does anyone really expect obama or mccain to uphold the constitution? or the patriot act? think about whether any change can come about by this indirect election...
i study our current constitution so i will be able to assist when a new one must be written...(realism=pessimism)

No prosecution because then Obama and McCain are war criminals depending on who gets into office. budum bum can't declare war without congress + it's in the constitution + Bush did it anyways + thats pre-emptive war + Hitler had a few of those + the UN is not our congress = Criminal war. Obama and McCain: conspiracy to commit mass murder by vowing to continue and FURTHER criminal and unconstitutional wars.

Have you all gone insane????????? Most that responded here are not even American. Why would impeachment even be on the table? That war is and was UN MANDATED stupidos. 90% of the Iraqi dead are dead because of MUSLIMS blowing themselves into the whore house of allah. Liberalism and Islamic facism are both mental disorders.

If you give a damn about patriotism, you'll watch the NONPARTISAN patriotic film "No End In Sight." This way you won't make incorrect comments (...and learn how to SPELL fascism before you start commenting about it...you're giving us southerners a bad name.)

"That war is and was UN MANDATED stupidos"

The UN and most countries around the world wanted nothing to do with Bush's lies to invade a country that had nothing to do with 9/11.

Wait, unless you meant (un)mandated. That, you'd be right about.

We're the "stupidos"? You'd look less ridiculous if you knew the facts.
