Facts counts: Paul Pelosi (Nancy Pelosi's husband) owns $17 million dollars of Star-Kist stock (Owned by Del Monte Foods) and the major employer in American Samoa (75%). In January 2007 when minimum wage was increased from $5.15 to $7.25. Pelosi had American Samoa exempted from the increase so Del Monte would not have to pay the higher wage. When the huge bailout bill was passed, Pelosi added and earmark to the final bill adding $33 million for an 'economic' development credit in American Samoa.

Pelosi wouldn't allow a vote on drilling, because she knew damn well she was outnumbered and would LOSE! MANY DEMOCRATS WOULD HAVE VOTED FOR DOMESTIC DRILLING! The "people" that this government is suppose to be "for" WANT DOMESTIC DRILLING. 65%+ Want drilling in ANWR. Once again... This is a DEMOCRACY!

If anyone should be impeached ... it's Pelosi. Nazi bitch thinks she rules the world with that gavel.
