Religion is NOT what suppresses free speech! Free speech has NEVER been on the endangered species list because of religion! The American powers that be are ALWAYS gagging christian speech in this nation, pretty much what you are doing by proxy Pat in your condemnation of it all the time. Not ALL things can be explained by humanistic logic all the time Pat! However, you are intelligent and for that you use it to lead incompetent folks astray into your sphere of deceit.

Their religion orders the killing...In the filthy bible, it says if you worship other gods, god will send in his children to kill everyone... Christianity is a mentally ill religion. Islam is a homocidal religion. Judaism is barely a religion anymore, except the orthodox's who are nuts.

There are a fair amount of news casters and on respected stations that outwardly bash Bush and our government. I've yet to hear any who were under risk of real punishment, although I know Howard Stern, the radio talk show host, was really starting to push buttons it seemed.

Of course, then you have Fox News which I'm convinced have toilets decorated with a solid gold cross in every bathroom and a "Pick Your Amendment" style toilet paper when they want to wipe their asses with the constitution.
