Pretty cool. Do you have anything else on Laura Weber? I learned guitar in the late sixties watching Laura's guitar lessons at one time. This really bring back memories.

well, at one time he had a bottle problem -- I first saw him at Portland State Univ. in the early 70s. About 30 minutes after the show was supposed to start, someone came out and said "Well, we haven't seen him since early afternoon and don't know where he is..." Minutes later someone lurches in with a massive guitar case. He stumbles drunkenly up the stairs onto the stage, grabbing onto the curtain at one point to stay upright. He sat down, took out his guitar and played a stellar concert.

Hi, Do you know of any old videos with Laura Weber. I to was inspired by her enjoyed her very much years ago, I would so love to see some of her old shows again!

The entire GuitarGuitar show from which this is captured, and other concert material fom when he was much older, is available on the John Fahey In Concert DVD. Readily available. Unfortunately the wonderful pieces seen in the Rockpalast concert video clips(several youtube postings) don't seem to be available for purchase. So enjoy these while you may!!
