RE-FLEX - Couldn't Stand A Day - 1984
BackRE-FLEX "COULDN'T STAND A DAY". I always thought this song had alot of potential; with the right vocalist and producer this could be a really big pop hit. This version is OK, though a bit unpolished. It was the 3rd single from the "Politics of Dancing" album.

I'm posting in the various Re-Flex video comments to inform/remind everyone that Re-Flex are going to be releasing a CD box set which will include "The Politics of Dancing" album, the second album, "Humanication", plus 2 others, and all their singles and B-sides. There is an official web site for inquiries about the CDs. Also, lead singer/guitarist John Baxter and I have set up a special e-mail for fan Q&A. Anyone interested in more info let me know, and please pass the word along. Thanks!

Re-flex, truly one of my favorite albums of the 80's. This album almost sounded "Sonic" it was mixed so well. Still, one of my favorite albums to sing to beacause of it's great melody and rhythm. It's a shame that this band might have got lost in the shadows of Duran Duran. Although i always thought Re-flex was more sophisticated sounding. It's true that milestones are remembered for all time, this is one of those works.
