Stalin didnt sweep across europe with the most powerful army in world history. I think we can forgive stalin his crimes considering that it was his iron will and the fantical courage the Red army and the soviet people that won the second world war. The only way you could beat a man like hitler is by unleashing a man far worse than him. If it wasnt for the soviet union then the western world could never of defeated the germans. Ther army was far superior then anything in america or western europe
