TYT names 3 justifications for war according to international law, first 2 are corrects, third one isn't. Humanitarian crisis can be used as a rational by the Security Council to vote a military intervention, but a country can't simply invoque it as a justification and claims that makes it legal. Do you think Syria could invade Israel to save the Palestinians, or Iran invades Iraq to save the Iraqis?

Powerful countries like the US wipe their ass with international law, but we shouldn't.

Rush & his audience are similar to Hitler & the thousands of Germans who thought his vision of building an Aryan nation was the supreme way to go. Did history not teach us anything?!?! Hate corrupts the minds & hearts of society and when people start believing that genocide is a "race" issue...America...well Republican Am. really is an ignorant group of people just like Hitler's Germans!
