Republican Sam Brownback and Barack Obama appeared at a conference for Pastor Rick Warren last year. In his remarks, Sam Brownback, comments about having attended the NAACP convention while Obama was there and feeling a bit strange. Now that he's in a church with an evangelical crowd, Brownback turns to Obama and says, "Welcome to my house."

Trinity United Church of Christ's Web site says its teachings are based on the black liberation theology of James H. Cone and his 1969 book "Black Theology and Black Power."

Mr. Cone, a professor at the Union Theological Seminary in New York, added that "black theology will accept only the love of God which participates in the destruction of the white enemy."

Black Liberation Theology links with Socialism, where Rev. Wright got his "AIDS was created by the US govt to kill off the black race."
