Wexler is such a drama queen.

It is about time Americans started standing up to their corrupt administration.

People like evajames are waking up to the fact
that "everyone else...is...on Denial Pills",
which is a figurative term that means there is in America an authoritarian cult mentality
where elected officials in Washington will deny that our [the electorate's] freedoms are being gradually compromised because that admission would threaten the benefits they enjoy from collaborating with the architects of power in the U.S...e.g.,Rep. Harman's contempt for her own constituents in supporting FISA...
MikeNichols50 (June 26, 2008 at 3:27 am)
I suppose it's possible that Pelosi [and Jane
Harman as well] have been 'body-snatched' by
the Republicans...just look at how they both supported Bush's FISA "reform" bill.

But maybe, just maybe, they might have presidential aspirations of their own...they want to play the opportunistic game of "playing it safe"...so they won't be called "liberal" [code word for 'Communist'] by the likes of Fox News et al., but... their strategy will not work in the long run run...people like yourself.....

You still clearly don't get it, yank. Wexler wants impeachment hearings. In his pathetic cowardice, Conyers continues to refuse. Every day that passes with Mr. Conyers refusing to honor his oath and act on the evidence against the Bush administration that he has so thoroughly documented himself, is a day that he is failing our country. Go ahead. Give us more of your ridiculous whining about not having the votes and ridiculous claims that holding our elected officials accountable is slander.
Yankhadenough (June 28, 2008 at 10:49 pm)
jp U r so full of bs. Ur slander is u have maliciously called Conyers "traitor" and "complicit with war crimes", which is ludicrous on the surface since there is no such proof & you have presented lies. You are far more concerned with slandering Conyers than going after Bush & Cheney, which is clearly what Conyers wants more than anything in his professional life. Bugliosi , author of "Prosecution of George W Bush for Murder" has had long discussions with Conyers, and they AGREE .
jperryam (June 29, 2008 at 9:05 am)
Here's another clue that you will no doubt ignore, because it doesn't fit with your staunch position as a hopeless Conyers lackey: Stating my OPINION that Conyers' refusal to act on the overwhelming evidence against the Bush administration makes him complicit in those crimes and therefore, a traitor, does not make me a liar. It is a FACT that he has sworn to uphold our Constitution TWENTY-ONE TIMES. Refusing to hold impeachment hearings against Bushco puts him in violation of that oath. Period.
