Why can't anyone who supports global warming give their own analysis as to why and how it's happening? All I ever hear is, "The scientists say it's true." The news today: "Denver breaks low high-temperature-limit record that was in place for 118 years." The news as well as a good portion of the world's scientists say that global warming does not merit drastic change to ANYTHING. Just read the news from both sides and you'll see what the other side doesn't want you to.

The royal society recives no global warming/cliamte change research money whatsoever. You have to be a professional scientist to be a member and they only use data and peer reviewed papers for their conclusions and statements. They agree with NASA, NOAA and the met office that we are the most likely primary cause of the recent increased rate of warming. The conference above was attended mostly by non-scientists and policy pushers.

Hundreds of years ago, most scientists agreed that the earth, most likely, was the center of the universe and everything revolved around the earth. Anyone who didn't believe them, was just crazy. How dare anyone question their consensus?

And the ones supporting global warming don't use ad hominem? Common now. All I hear is everyone who says global warming is fake is a holocaust denier bastard. That is ad hominem.

They are still right. Watch the video on my profile, global warming applied to the scientific method. When you read the papers from the royal society are released they are highly edited for consumers consumption.
