Marriage is the joining of spirit eternally in the eyes of GOD.

I don't even believe in god, but i understand that marriage has more to do with religion than not.

Now, i don't give a flying fuck if gays want the same rights as married COUPLES, but instead of "man and wife", couldn't you just be "butt buddies"?

You will receive ALL the same rights as a married couple, legal, financial, etc... but instead of "holy union", you'll simply be, "butt buddies".

Sound reasonable?

Don't hate somebody just because you don't agree with how they live their lives. No hurt has ever been brought to you because people are gay. And if your wife and children are so important to you, why are you on youtube spouting hateful things about topics you don't necessarily aggree with. Shouldn't you set an example of tolerance and acceptance for your children?

Listen dude. The point is that we live in America. And the great part about this country is that I can stick my pecker anywhere I want no matter what nasty, gaybashing comments you come up with! And I will. I can love who I want and believe in whatever I want and so can everybody else. And its that sick idea that all were supposed to do is have a ton of kids thats causing this world to be so overpopulated. You should thank the gay community for lessening the load on our poor earth.

This debate should be non-existent.

Separation of church and state does not equal banning same-sex marriage because an unworthy source says so, which is not even the direct word of god. Which [god] doesn't even exist.

And here again, we come across a case where a religion that is preached to only love, cherish and honor they neighbor is used to some crazy hillbilly's advantage in order to strengthen his brutal uneducated bigotry for a certain social group because he is just uncomfortable with the fact that someone else is not like him. you keep talking to that pretend voice in your head about how you should live your life and the rest of the world will leave you behind.
