In fact, "Giuliani Time" left out 99% of Giuliani's scandals, so you don't know what you're talking about. The documentary is pretty mild, considering, for instance, Rudy was proven to have killed all the firemen on 9/11 by having them use emergency radios that didn't work. Rudy didn't clean up NYC! He doubled its debt, got caught with the most corrupt administration in 300 years, and ruined NYC in ever way. Crime went way UP under Rudy. I should know as I was robbed dozens of times and Rudy blew me off on live radio. EXPLAIN KERIK, you rudy staffer trolls!
