--The United States is not a country but the corporation created to perfom 18 enumerated functions for the States.

--The United States has a jurisdiction of 10 miles square; within it's jurisdiction it may legislate "in all cases whatsoever" (absolute rule).

--Neither the United States or it's corporate bylaws, the Constitution, has anything directly to do with the citizenry or their rights.

I can see why a right wing (religious) nut (wingnut) wouldn't understand the difference between the message and the messanger. Or would be happy with a dictatorship, which is what you have without "The Body of the Law" = Habeas Corpus, while the conservatives are in the white house, but remember this liberals in both upper and lower house now.! The next dictator could be a leftist black or a woman, with laws the right gifted them.

Loss of Writ is a lie!
Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2 - "The Privilege of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."
Article 10 - "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
The Unitied States government was not granted the power to suspend the Great Writ by the Constituion and has no such power.

NO shit, but they did it anyway. They government does a lot of illegal shit. You might want to look up the federal reserve act. The most treasonous bill ever past in 1913. Thats when all of our problems started.

I know all about it, and I agree with you. My point is that our rights were granted by God - not the Constitution or by gov't and can not be taken away by anyone. Laws legalizing the violation of our right are illegal, null, and void whether recognized as so or not. The Constitution is fundamental and requires an Amendment by the Congress to change in any way.
