I know where u're coming from Kribaby76, as I too have a similar amount to lose but I have to agree with Diablos. It's very important to STOP eating salty foods. U DON'T have to eat Less to lose weight. Less calories doesn't equal less food. Eating more WHOLE FOODS & less process foods means U can eat like 10 plums for 1 chocolate bar. U can eat MORE when u cut out the processed foods. I know it's really hard giving up the foods that u love but it does works, I've already lost 50 lbs doing this.

Very good and enlightening video. Dr. Wittgrove is compassionate and edifying when it comes to misperceptions about weight issues and the accompanying social and economic prejudice.

A lot of morbidly obese people have so much excess skin after losing weight, that it has to be surgically removed. Exercising will not make your skin tighten, the elastin is damaged in the skin and that is what causes it to be so stretched and hanging down.

i have a great real world analogy for the loss of elastin but can't think of it at all. lol

First of all, excuse my english (i'm French).
Obesity may be a pathology for some people who can not be cured with a simple diet.
If you think people have weak wills to have such an operation, suffer, and eat only minimal quantities of food to life: sorry but you are an asshole.
This surgery is a miracle and prolong many lives, both for people who have physical or mental pathologies towards food.
