This is truly an eye opening video. We as a nation really need to get on the ball and fix our infrastructure(s). Roads, bridges and levees. We have neglected our country too long and have been sending money overseas first. We need to change this NOW!

3. Somehow you attribute the economical advantages of New Orleans to it being safe??! How does it equate that just because economically speaking it's in a great place, that therefore it's environmentally in a great place? You are going to be experiencing this for a long time, just like places like Fiji will always have Monsoon problems, like it or not if 4mths out of the year it's great for tourism.

1. Holland actually isn't doing very well, they have been loosing landmass over the years. Zeeland is one of the best known regions that is almost completely submerged under water now.

2. Dude. It was a fucking hurricane. This shit happens ALL over the world; it's a natural disaster every time. There's no stopping that shit.
