It's the theme song from the korean drama MiSa which is short for Mianhada saranghanda (미안하다, 사랑한다) which means "I'm Sorry, I love you" .. not tree of heaven. Duh.

The korean version is sung by the S.korean male singer Park Hyo-Shin "Snow flower"
But the song was originally sung by Mika Nakashima "Yuki no hana"

Well this song is called, "Yuki No Hana" by Mika Nakashima. Maybe it sounds likes something from Tree of Heaven?
