Jajaja... First of all, this rules are listed in the Japanese model of leadership since the post WWII times, this fucker wouldn't know what leadership means even if it bites him in the ass. If he was a "leader" how come he was "misslead" in 2003?. What an idiot.

The US missed a great opportunity to have Colin Powell as its President. Great leaders make mistakes too, but they have the courage to admit it. Powell unfortunately had to rely on lies and wrong information relentlessly thrust on him by his President, to endorse the war on Iraq. While the rest of the administration pigheadedly refuses to acknowledge their blunder, Powell alone has the guts to admit that this was a blot on his career.
