the problem with government involvement with the internet is that the us does not own the internet, no one does, no one is able to make laws on what isp's are able to do.

ISPs operate in the end user's country, under the laws of that country. You better believe the US government can and does regulate ISPs in the US. They connect you to the Internet via DSL, cable modems, dial up, etc. Next time, think, then type...

They are both against net neutrality, I'm glad Obama won. My family has been democrate since they came to the U.S. from Ireland, and I'm going to keep that tradition alive.
