its called Johnny got His gun, its basically about a guy who goes to war and getts his eyes, tounge, ear, nose, arms and legs blown off by a mortar shell. so he is in a hospital bed and he cant sense any thing except for he has some skin on the back of his neck. he starts using morse code to say S.O.S and he says that he wants to travel around the worls in a tube so that everyone can see the horrors of war.
