More specifically his message depends on what point in the campaign the audience shows up! ie the speeches before election included stories about his relative who died (or something) because of a botched backroom abortion and AFTER he was elected 'I just couldn't bring myself to vote against life'.WIERD

Look up the legal definition (Blacks Law) of DRIVER and it should become more clear.

Do you Drive a cab, a bus, a carriage or other motor vehicle to transport people for a fee from one place to another? Professional drivers, that use the roads for profit, are professional and must acquire a license.
